At the moment i am going to encourage you to take back your life,be in charge once again,take control over what happens to you today or in days to come. For example,lets look at overweight and obese people(fat people),from a south african perspective,most south african obese people became fat without knowing that being fat is a health harzard,i'm talking about the aparteid era when black people had no access to education,these people are all older than 40 today,they are forgiven for that but there is no excuse for the young obese south african(children included). When i look at the young obese people i ask myself a question: how did they let themselves become a health hazard? How did this happen? with all the information we have available there is no excuse for becoming fat. If you are fat,somewhere,somehow you gave up on your self,you refused to properly choose what you eat,you became lazy and refused to shake your body up. You actually decided to become fat.
The good news is you can still be in charge and turn your life arround.
